I love to travel, so that’s how my journey began. Europe has so much to offer, and I wanted to explore its countries and cultures to the fullest. I figured the best way to experience a country and its culture is to live there. Therefore, I needed a job. I started looking for jobs, applied and landed my first job abroad. Within just two weeks, I moved to Malta.
Malta is a beautiful island with plenty to do. I enjoyed living there but also wanted to explore the rest of Europe. So after Malta, I moved to Madrid, Greece, and currently, I’m in Gibraltar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve gone through this process of job hunting, applying, and relocating to another country multiple times. Since it’s always a new country, it’s always a new adventure: new company, new people, new location, paperwork, etc. I’ve learned that you need to prepare yourself, but it’s not as difficult as most people say. If you know where to look for a job and how to prepare, work experience abroad is within reach. As the saying goes, “A goal properly set is halfway reached.”
After starting to work abroad, I successfully recruited for the companies I was working for. Guiding people toward their new life abroad, seeing the same spark in their eyes that I had when I landed my first job abroad, really hooked me. I enjoyed this process so much that I decided to take it to the next level and start SunJobz!
